EVERY CLASS OFFERED HEREIN WHICH IS COVERED BY THE RULES AND SPECIFICATIONS WILL BE CONDUCTED AND JUDGED IN ACCORDANCE THEREWITH.
ENTRIES: Will be accepted at the regular fee until Thursday at 12:00 noon. Any entries after that will be at the post entry fee rate. Please fax legible entry form to host farm.
NON –NEGOTIABLE CHECKS: Will be subject to a $25.00 processing fee.
DOGS: should be left at home!
Management: reserves the right to cancel, combine, or divide classes should the best interest of the show or rules require it.
SCHOOLING will be permitted from 7:00 am till 7:45 am. All horses must have numbers in the schooling ring. No schooling except as a ticketed schooling session. Tickets are $5.00 pay at the gate or it will be billed on your entry fee.
A Copy of the horses Negative Coggins dated with in 12 months of the date is required to be submitted with the entry.
Riding helmets are mandatory for all riders. Juniors must wear harness.
Judges decision is final.
Juniors are riders who are 18 or younger as of December 1st of the current USEF show year.
The host farms will not be held responsible for any damage, injury or loss to persons, horse/pony/equine, or property of exhibitor, owner, or spectator incurred on or off the horse show grounds before, during or after the horse show. The exhibitors and owners shall hold harmless the hosting farm/stable and indemnify them against any legal proceedings arising from any such accident or damage.
Entry Fee: $12.00/ class, Post entries: $15.00
Awards and 6 ribbons in each class.
Champion & Reserve in each division In case of tie, points over fences prevail
To qualify for year end awards; an award nomination from must be filled out for each horse and rider combination with the appropriate fee and submitted per nomination form directions.
